CustomLink helps with system selection, setup, testing, and final checks.

Full Installation (Brisbane Only)

CustomLink manages the project from planning through installation, final setup, handover, and warranty support.

Step 1 — Consultation

We start with a free consultation to understand your site, goals, budget, and preferred installation pathway.

This includes confirming whether installation will be completed by:

  • Your Electrician
  • Your Installer
  • A CustomLink Partner
  • CustomLink

This helps ensure the system is designed correctly from the beginning.

Step 2 — Planning & Positioning

We help determine suitable locations for cameras, sensors, intercoms, and other devices.

We can review plans remotely, or arrange an on-site inspection for Brisbane full installations.

Partners and installers can be included in this process where required.

Step 3 — Product Selection & Quotes

We guide product selection, compatibility, and system design.

  • Brisbane Full Installations receive a detailed quote

This stage helps ensure the selected system is suitable for installation, setup, and support.

Step 4 — Confirming Your Project

The system is delivered fully operational.

Step 5B - Buy Online Installation Delivery

Installation is completed by your electrician, preferred installer, a CustomLink Partner, or DIY.

CustomLink helps with:

This helps installers and partners complete projects with technical support behind them, without CustomLink taking over the installation.

The installer remains the primary client contact unless otherwise requested.

Warranty for Buy Online systems is generally Back-to-Base, unless installed by CustomLink under a separate installation agreement.

Available options may include:

  • Pre-Configuration Before Shipping
  • Remote Deep Dive Support For Final Setup Or Advanced Assistance

Testing & Training

After installation and final setup, we can assist with:

Ongoing Support

All CustomLink-supplied systems include lifetime remote support for:

  • Minor Adjustments

Support is available to both customers and installers working with CustomLink-supplied systems.

Warranty & Support

Buy Online Systems

CustomLink-supplied systems include lifetime standard remote support for minor adjustments, app assistance, and basic troubleshooting, including systems that are outside warranty.

Product warranty is generally Back-to-Base, unless the system was installed by CustomLink under a separate installation agreement.

Brisbane Full Installation

Systems installed by CustomLink include the applicable product warranty, on-site labour warranty, and remote diagnosis. Where required, on-site attendance may be arranged in accordance with the relevant warranty terms.
