Depending on the product and project, installation may be completed by:

  • The customer’s installer or electrician
  • A CustomLink Partner
  • CustomLink, where applicable

CustomLink may provide:

  • Pre-sales guidance
  • Product selection assistance
  • Pre-configuration services
  • Standard remote support for eligible CustomLink-supplied systems
  • Paid remote technical support where more advanced work is required

Where remote support is used, the customer agrees:

  • To provide CustomLink personnel with access to the relevant devices and systems as required for the requested work
  • To remain available during the remote support session
  • To follow all reasonable directions given by support personnel
  • To close any confidential files and maintain current backups before the session
  • That remote support may be delayed, shortened, rescheduled, or terminated due to matters outside our control
  • That some technical issues may not be capable of being resolved remotely

Remote support depends on internet access, device accessibility, customer cooperation, system condition, and third-party environments.

While CustomLink uses secure remote support tools and reasonable care, internet-based support services inherently carry some risk. To the extent permitted by law, CustomLink does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or private remote support beyond the protections provided by the chosen support platform and the customer’s own network environment.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or Service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
