How can I access my order history and retrieve my order number?

You can locate your order history and order number in two ways:

1. Via Email

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order number.

2. On Our Website

Log in to your account on the CustomLink website.

On desktop, click the Account icon in the top-right corner.

On mobile, open the menu and select Your Account.

Open the Orders section to view your order history and order numbers.

Can I cancel my order?

Special Orders, Pre-Configured And Customised Items

Items that are specially ordered, pre-configured, custom-built, prepared specifically for your order, or ordered from a supplier for your order cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

Standard Orders

Standard stocked items may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been prepared, packed, dispatched, or otherwise processed.

Cancellations requested after 48 hours, or after order processing has begun, may incur a $30 administration fee, regardless of shipping status.
