Our Pre-Configuration Service not only saves you time but also ensures that your products are correctly set up and that all firmware is updated to the latest version before shipping.

What We Do

• Unpack, configure, and bench-test your products.
• Prepare them so you only need to connect the wires, install in position, and start using.
• In some cases, we also configure your mobile app for seamless operation.

Important Details

• Unless otherwise specified, pre-configuration covers only the basic functions of the device or system.
• Site-specific configurations or customisations are not included.
• Please refer to our Pre-Configuration Features for a detailed breakdown.

Lead Times

• Small/basic systems: up to 3 business days before shipping.
• Large or integrated systems (e.g., Ness M1, Inception): 10+ business days, depending on complexity and workload.

Returns Policy

• Preconfigured products cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned, except in the case of a warranty claim.
