Preconfiguration Service

Our preconfiguration service not only saves you time but also ensures that the products are configured correctly and that all firmware is updated to the latest version.

Before shipping the products to you, we unpack and configure them, ready for you to connect the wires, install them into position, and use them. Some configurations may also include setting up your mobile app. We also provide instructions on where to plug or terminate your devices.

Please note that, unless specified, preconfiguration includes only the basic functions of the device or system and does not include any site-specific configurations or customisations. For more information, please refer to the Pre-Configuration Features.

Depending on our workload and the system's size and complexity, please allow up to 3 days for basic systems and up to 10 days or more for large and integrated systems, such as Ness M1 and Inception systems, before shipping.

Please also note that preconfigured products cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned unless it is for a warranty claim. Please refer to our shipping and Return & Refund policies for more information.
