Store Credit Policy

STORE CREDIT POLICY

Store credit can be used to purchase products and services available through CustomLink, including:

  • Pre-Configuration
  • Deep Dive Support

Store credit may be issued as part of an approved refund or account adjustment.

Store credit is different from Gift Cards. Store credit is issued by CustomLink to a customer account, while Gift Cards are purchased from the online store and used at checkout.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or exchanged for change.

How to Use Store Credit

If you have store credit:

  • It will appear under the Payment section at checkout
  • You may apply it to your order
  • You can check your balance by logging into your account

How to Check Your Store Credit Balance

To check your store credit balance:

  • Click the User icon
  • Go to Order History
  • Select Profile
  • Your store credit balance will be displayed
