Leaving Home

Imagine leaving for work or going away for the weekend without wondering whether you remembered to secure everything.

The system can be armed using the mobile app, remote control, keypad, or simply by voice command.

It can also be programmed to arm automatically when no movement has been detected for a set period of time. Before arming, it can send you a notification and play a local voice alert, giving you time to cancel or adjust if needed.

Before or after arming, the system can check selected doors and gates, close the garage door where suitable equipment is installed, turn off selected lighting, and activate other programmed functions.

Coming Home

Imagine arriving home after sunset.

When the system is disarmed from Away Mode, it can automatically recognise that you are returning home.

If the garage door and vehicle gate are closed, they can automatically open, while selected lights can also turn on to welcome you home.

Whether you're working late, going out for dinner or away for a few days, the system can help make your home appear occupied after sunset.

When the system is armed in Away Mode, selected lights can automatically turn on and off at programmed times after sunset to help deter unwanted visitors. This Away Lighting Mode automatically stops at bedtime or when the system is disarmed.

Early Warning Before Someone Reaches Your Door

Wouldn't it be helpful to know someone is outside before they reach your front door, back door or bedroom windows?

Outdoor detectors can be programmed to turn on selected lights, play a voice alert, send a notification or trigger a full alarm depending on the time of day, alarm mode and other programmed conditions.

Early Warning Long Before Someone Reaches Your Door

AI and thermal cameras can extend detection beyond areas covered by standard alarm detectors connected to the Security & Automation System.

Visitors Arriving

Imagine your guests arriving after sunset.

As they press the intercom button at the front gate, the fence lights automatically turn on. When you unlock or open the gate, pathway lights, garden lighting and water features come to life.

As your guests walk towards the house, more lights illuminate their path. By the time they reach the front door, selected entrance and living area lights have already turned on to welcome them.

Parcel Delivery

Expecting a delivery while you're away?

With suitable equipment installed, the vehicle gate can automatically open for an authorised delivery using a simple voice command, the mobile app, keypad, face recognition or other programmed access methods.

The outside front area can be temporarily disarmed while the delivery is made. After a programmed period, or when no further movement is detected, the gate can close automatically and the area can be armed again, leaving the rest of the property protected.

Looking After Children

Children don't always stay where they're supposed to.

Selected detectors can monitor restricted areas such as pools, sheds, workshops or driveways. Depending on how the system is programmed, it can play a voice alert, send a notification or trigger an alarm if someone enters those areas.
