However, this information helps us track repeat issues and determine whether they are product- or site-related, ensures the return meets warranty conditions, assists with remote diagnostics, and prevents unnecessary delays. It also helps us provide better support to you and your client.

As best as possible, please provide the info below to help us search for your proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot process your request without proof of purchase.

Warranty Resolution Types

Refund

Refunds for approved returns are issued to your original payment method only.

Credit

Credit is treated as another form of refund.
The amount is applied to your partner account for use on future purchases.

Exchange

Once the return is accepted, a store credit is issued so you can purchase the replacement item(s) of your choice.

Replace

Returned items are replaced with identical products.
If unavailable, we will offer a similar or better-value alternative.

Repair (Refund)

If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we issue a refund to the original payment method.

Repair (Credit)

If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we issue a store credit for the product value.
