Refund: Refunds for returns will be issued using your original payment method only.

Credit: Credit is another form of refund. Instead of refunding, we credit the amount against your account, which you can use towards future purchases.

Exchange: Once your return is accepted, we will issue you a store credit for purchasing the new item(s)

Replace: We will replace your returns with identical products. We will notify you if identical products are not available and if your returns can be replaced with similar products having similar or better value.

Repair (Refund): This option applies to warranty claims where we will assess whether the returns should be repaired or replaced and issue a refund if we cannot repair or replace your returns.
