Store Credit
Store Credit
- Store credit can be used to purchase any products or services, including Pre-configuration and Deep Dive Support.
- Store credit can be refunded upon request, except for credits issued as cash back from a purchase.
- Cash back credits can only be converted to cash 30 days after the original purchase date.
- If an order that earned cash back credits is later refunded, the corresponding store credit will be deducted.
How to Use Store Credit
- If you have store credit, it will be displayed under the Payment section at Checkout, where you can apply it to your order.
- You can also check your balance by logging into our website:

- Click the User icon.
- Go to your Order History.
- Select the Profile icon, then go to Profile.
- Your store credit balance will be displayed under the Addresses section.
Store Credit vs Support Credit
- Store Credit: Earned or refunded. Can be used for any purchase (products or services).
- Support Credit: Issued at no cost. Can only be used for Deep Dive Support. It cannot be purchased, refunded, or used toward other products or services.
