Store Credit

  • Store credit can be used to purchase any products or services, including Pre-configuration and Deep Dive Support.
  • Store credit can be refunded upon request, except for credits issued as cash back from a purchase.
    • Cash back credits can only be converted to cash 30 days after the original purchase date.
    • If an order that earned cash back credits is later refunded, the corresponding store credit will be deducted.

How to Use Store Credit

  • If you have store credit, it will be displayed under the Payment section at Checkout, where you can apply it to your order.
  • You can also check your balance by logging into our website:
    1. Click the User icon.
    2. Go to your Order History.
    3. Select the Profile icon, then go to Profile.
    4. Your store credit balance will be displayed under the Addresses section.

Store Credit vs Support Credit

  • Store Credit: Earned or refunded. Can be used for any purchase (products or services).
  • Support Credit: Issued at no cost. Can only be used for Deep Dive Support. It cannot be purchased, refunded, or used toward other products or services.
