Kit Includes
This Dahua wireless alarm kit is pre-configured before shipping, including mobile app setup. Once the devices are mounted and the hub is connected to internet and power, the system is ready to start using.

Pre-configured by CustomLink
This kit includes CustomLink pre-configuration before dispatch to help make setup faster and simpler.
Where applicable, this may include preparing the alarm hub, adding the supplied devices, and setting up the mobile app before the kit is shipped.
When the system is pre-configured by CustomLink, it is easier to get up and running once the devices are mounted and the hub is connected.
You will still need to:
- Mount the detectors and sirens
- Install the door reed switch
- Connect internet and power to the hub
- Follow any setup instructions provided by CustomLink
Once mounted and connected, the system is ready to start using.
CustomLink can also assist remotely if configuration changes are needed later for the same installation site.
Remote Support
Lifetime Standard Remote Support
CustomLink-supplied systems include free lifetime standard remote support for this kit.
This may include:
- App setup guidance
- User assistance
- Basic remote troubleshooting
- Configuration changes for the same installation site
- General remote support for the CustomLink-supplied system
Configuration changes
Configuration changes are included for the life of the product on the same site.
This means CustomLink can assist with changes remotely where suitable, provided the system remains at the same installation site.
This does not include reconfiguration if the system is removed and installed at a different site.
Installation Overview
This is a wireless alarm system, but the devices still need to be mounted in suitable locations.
Basic installation generally involves:
- Powering on the alarm hub
- Fixing the hub near your router
- Connecting the hub to your router using the supplied 2m Cat6 Ethernet cable
- Fixing the external siren in a visible location, usually toward the front of the property so it can be seen from the street or driveway
- Fixing the internal siren in a suitable central location, such as near the middle of the house or close to the bedroom area
- Fixing the wireless PIR detectors in the areas you want to protect
- Fixing the wireless door reed switch to the selected door or entry point
The PIR detectors and door reed switch are supplied with double-sided tape for mounting.
The hub includes backup batteries and must be plugged into a power point. All other wireless devices are battery-operated and do not require mains power.
For best results, detector and siren locations should be selected carefully based on the layout of your home or business.
Installation Options
This is a wireless alarm system, but some installation work is still required.
You or your installer will need to mount the devices and connect internet and power to the hub.
Suitable installation options
You may choose to:
- Install the system yourself if suitable
- Have your own installer mount the devices
- Ask CustomLink for remote guidance where applicable
- Request full installation by CustomLink in Brisbane
Brisbane installation
For Brisbane customers, CustomLink can provide full installation for residential and commercial projects if required.
Installation is not included unless clearly stated or quoted separately.
