- Reviewing our Installation Tips, if you plan to install the system yourself — or better yet, and highly recommended for safety, hire a licensed local electrician to install the system for you.
- Purchasing products together with our Pre-Configuration Service (or those that come with free support credit), unless you have the necessary technical knowledge and feel confident following product manuals and our online resources.
- Engaging a professional installer to ensure the system is installed safely, configured correctly, and performs at its full potential.
Important:
- Incorrect installation, wiring, or configuration may affect system performance, reduce reliability, or void warranty coverage. For best results, always follow our setup guides and safety recommendations.
- Installation requirements vary by state. In Queensland, some work may require a Security Equipment Installer Licence and/or a Security Adviser Licence. Please ensure your installer is appropriately licensed.
