Before Your Deep Dive Session
To ensure a successful session, please ensure:
- You are onsite with system access
- TeamViewer (or equivalent) is installed and ready
- You have stable internet access
- Relevant login credentials are available
- You are prepared to perform physical tasks as instructed
If in-person installation assistance is required, on-site support may be recommended.

- Time reserved exclusively for your booking
- Multiple time slots can be added for extended sessions
- Recommended duration shown based on task complexity
Step-By-Step Booking Guide
Follow the steps below to book your Paid Deep Dive Support session.
- Click "Book Deep Dive Session".
- Select your preferred date and up to six (6) sessions in total.
- Click "Continue".
- Fill out the required details (name, contact information, and support notes).
- Click "Confirm".
- Click 'View Cart' to check the scheduled time, date, and prices.
- Click Check Out when you are ready to pay.
- Complete the payment, and click Complete Order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
- You’ll also receive separate appointment confirmation emails for each booked session.
At the scheduled time, our support team will call your mobile phone and connect remotely via TeamViewer (or other approved method) to begin your Paid Deep Dive Support session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Deep Dive sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable as the time has been reserved exclusively for your booking.
Prepare For Remote Support
To maximise the value of your booked session, please ensure the following before your appointment:
- Install TeamViewer on all devices you intend to share
- Ensure stable Wi-Fi coverage where your system components are located
- Be prepared to move around the site if physical testing or verification is required
- If assistance is required to install TeamViewer, time spent on setup will be billed as part of your session
