Support Credit
The purpose of Support Credit is to enable you to pay for our Remote Technical Support and Pre-configuration Services, in addition to the free support we provide before and after your purchase.
Our Deep Dive Remote Technical Support enables us to guide you through all stages of installation, configuration, and training on using our products or those you have purchased elsewhere.
Our Pre-configuration Services allow us to configure your products before shipping, and you only need to connect and/or terminate the devices and use.
Support Credit is offered free of charge with your purchase and cannot be purchased, refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase any other products, except for Remote Technical Support and Pre-configuration Services.
There are several ways you can obtain Support Credit. Once you have logged in, click on the Support Credit widget, and you will see the Support Credit you have received, as well as Ways to obtain support credit.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email letting you know how much Support Credit have been added to your account.
Your Support Credit will be reset to zero if no transaction is made after 365 days from the last transaction. For example, if you have $100 of support credit as of 12/09/2025, you can use $60 to book remote technical support. Your $40 balance will be reset to zero on 12/09/2026 if you haven't used your credit or earned additional credits by this date.
Please note that paying for Remote Technical Support and Pre-configuration Services using your Support Credit can only be applied at the Cart page, not at the Checkout page.

Booking and unused support sessions
Only one support session can be booked for Phone Consultation Support and Troubleshooting Support. If more time is needed, our support technician will extend the time to the next available session.
Up to 6 sessions can be booked for Technical Support. Unused sessions will not be refunded and will be converted to support credit, which you can use to pay for Pre-configuration Services and Depp Dive Technical Support. See Support Credit for more information.
