This package is based on the standard installation scope shown below. Once the project requirements and estimate are agreed, CustomLink will arrange a site inspection before the final order is confirmed. Any expected variations will be identified and included where applicable.
Professional Installation Included
CustomLink completes the agreed physical installation, including standard cabling, fixings and installation materials within the package scope. The system is configured, programmed, tested and commissioned as part of the installation. Any work outside the standard installation assumptions is quoted separately before proceeding.
User Training & System Handover
CustomLink provides practical user training at completion, including how to operate the main system functions, use the supported mobile app, understand alerts and notifications, and manage normal day-to-day use. The system is then handed over after final testing and commissioning, together with the applicable master or administrator login details.
On-Site Parts & Labour Warranty Included
No payment is required for covered parts or labour during the applicable warranty period. The applicable warranty periods are shown under What’s Included or in your quotation.
Product Overview
A professionally installed Inner Range Inception security and access control package, typically suited to small offices, retail shops and other small commercial premises that require more than a basic alarm system.
This package combines intruder detection, access control, mobile credentials, touchscreen control and remote system access within one expandable platform. It includes two controlled doors, mobile-access readers, indoor detection, warning devices, system programming, commissioning and user handover.
With a wide range of compatible electric locks, access-control hardware, detectors, readers, cameras and expansion modules, CustomLink can customise and expand the system to suit the property and the way it needs to operate.
Depending on the project requirements, Inception can be expanded to support additional doors, readers, security areas, users, detectors, outputs, lift access, automation and integrated IR Video surveillance.
CustomLink can design the final system around the property, the number of users, the areas to be protected, the doors to be controlled and the functions you want the system to perform.
The advertised package provides the core equipment and installation shown under What’s Included. Additional equipment, integration and programming can be incorporated into a customised quotation where required.

Important Setup Information
Mobile app setup and PC software installation are included only where specified.
These setup tasks must be completed on the installation site before completion of the project. Additional charges may apply if CustomLink is required to return after project completion or attend another site unless otherwise specified in writing.
The IR Connect mobile app requires a subscription for alarm notifications and/or more than 10 users.

Inner Range now supports a unified mobile experience combining Inception access control and intrusion functions with IR Video surveillance through IR Connect. -
Mobile Access Credentials
Compatible users can unlock doors using the IR Mobile Access app instead of a physical card or fob. Credentials are issued through the Inception system and can be revoked and re-issued by the administrator. Inner Range states that Inception mobile credentials are a once-off purchase and remain reusable for their lifetime. -
Advanced Access-Control Functions
Supports functions such as dual credential access, anti-passback, door-held-open monitoring, door interlocking, user-location tracking and lift access control where configured and supported by the system design. -
Up to 32 Lift Cars and 96 Lift Buttons
Suitable for buildings where access permissions need to extend to lift-floor control. -
Expandable Hardware Architecture
Additional access modules, input/output expanders, keypads and compatible wireless expansion can be added as the site grows.
