Overview
You can buy a digital gift card for yourself or someone else.
To send the gift card directly to someone else, tick “I want to send this as a gift” before completing your order.
After checkout, you or the gift card recipient will receive an email with a digital gift card and a unique code. The code can be used at checkout to redeem the gift card value.
Gift cards are treated like cash, do not expire, and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged for change.
Redeem
Gift cards can be used to purchase eligible products and services from our online store, including technical support time and pre-configuration services.
Gift cards cannot be used to buy another gift card.
Gift cards can be used together with discount codes, and multiple gift cards can be applied to a single order.
Gift card balances are applied to the total order value, including taxes and shipping. Any remaining balance can be used on future orders.
At checkout:
If the gift card balance is equal to or greater than the order total, you can complete the order using the gift card.
If the gift card balance is less than the order total, you will need to choose another payment method to pay the remaining balance. This may include another gift card.
