Professional Installation Included
CustomLink completes the agreed physical installation, including standard cabling, fixings and installation materials within the package scope. The system is configured, programmed, tested and commissioned as part of the installation. Any work outside the standard installation assumptions is quoted separately before proceeding.
User Training & System Handover
CustomLink provides practical user training at completion, including how to operate the main system functions, use the supported mobile app, understand alerts and notifications, and manage normal day-to-day use. The system is then handed over after final testing and commissioning, together with the applicable master or administrator login details.
3-Year Parts + 2-Year Labour On-Site Warranty
This package includes 3 years on-site parts warranty and 2 years on-site labour warranty. No payment is required for covered warranty work during the applicable warranty period. Warranty terms and exclusions apply.
