Have your CCTV system professionally pre-configured before shipping, so it is better prepared for installation and setup on site.
This service applies to one 4-channel NVR system and includes configuration of the NVR and up to 4 compatible cameras supplied by CustomLink, plus mobile app setup where supported.
This service may include:
- Configuration of the NVR and up to 4 compatible cameras
- Preparing recording settings
- Preparing basic network settings between the NVR and cameras
- Enabling supported camera features where applicable
- Mobile app setup for live viewing, playback, and notifications where supported
Important Notes
- This service applies to one 4-channel NVR system only
- Cameras must be compatible and purchased with the NVR
- Minor configuration changes are included
- More involved changes or adjustments beyond standard preparation may require Deep Dive Remote Support or a separate quoted support stage
