K&P Paradox Keypads

Paradox keypads may be used for system programming and everyday operation. At least one suitable keypad, LCD keypad or touchscreen is normally required.

Additional keypads may be added as required, subject to module limits and available current.

A total of up to fifteen 4-wire modules (including keypads) can be connected to the main board. However, the combined current draw of all connected devices must not exceed the main board’s available current.

For an 8-detector system, the following keypad combinations are generally considered safe without requiring an additional power supply:

  • 1 × 7" touchscreen, 1 × 5" touchscreen, up to 2 × LCD, or 1 × LCD and up to 2 × LED
