Our Ordering Process

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Ordering process

1. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. 
2. We will contact our suppliers to ship directly to you. With orders for pre-configured systems, our suppliers ship to us, and we then ship to you once your system is configured.
3. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will immediately email you for further instructions.
