The included detectors, gate contacts and garage-door contacts can be programmed to trigger different responses based on the detector, alarm mode, time of day and other programmed conditions.

Depending on the agreed programming, supported responses can include:

Different detectors can trigger different responses. Functions may also be scheduled, automated and controlled through the keypads or supported mobile app.

Exact functions depend on the final system design, connected equipment, electrical work and programming included in the written quotation.

Alarm Functions

The system can support Away, Stay and Night modes.

Depending on the final programming, an alarm event may activate:

Internal and external warning devices
Mobile notifications
Selected lights
Voice alerts
Different responses for different detectors or areas

Automatic arming, disarming and scheduled functions may also be configured where included in the project scope.

Voice Alert Functions

The six included speakers can provide local spoken alerts, reminders and system announcements.

Different detectors may play different messages, and selected speaker areas may be scheduled, enabled or muted where programmed.

Voice-announcement performance depends on speaker placement, background noise, the surrounding environment and system configuration.

Lighting Functions

Compatible detectors and system events may control selected lights where suitable relays and electrical work are provided.

Possible functions include:

Sensor-light operation
Lighting after sunset
Lighting linked to alarm events
Scheduled lighting
Away-mode lighting
Different lighting responses for different areas

Control wiring and programming for the included relays are provided within the quoted package scope. All 240-volt electrical connection work must be completed by a qualified electrical contractor and is not included unless stated in writing.

Other Functions

The system can periodically check selected doors and gates, then play a reminder if they are left open.

Where suitable equipment and safety controls are installed, motorised doors and gates can also be programmed to close automatically after being left open for a set period, or when no movement is detected around the area.

When the system is disarmed from Away Mode, it can trigger programmed arrival functions. Where suitable equipment and safety controls are installed, these may include opening the vehicle gate or garage door and turning on selected lights.

Detectors can be used to monitor children entering restricted or unwanted areas and provide a voice alert, notification or alarm response.

The system can also be programmed to send a notification or play a voice alert if no movement is detected for a set period of time. This can be useful for checking on elderly or vulnerable occupants.

Many of these functions can work together. For example, one detector can turn on lights, play a voice alert, send a notification and trigger the alarm depending on the programmed conditions, time of day and alarm mode.

Mobile App Control

Where supported, the mobile app can be used to:

• Arm and disarm the system remotely
• Receive alarm and system notifications
• Control connected lighting
• Trigger gates and garage doors
• View system status, including the current state of selected doors, gates and other connected devices.
