What This Package Includes

This Kit 1.1.2 includes everything in Kit 2.2.2, except the 8 hours of Deep Dive Remote Support.

Pre-Configuration Included: CustomLink configures the system before dispatch, reducing installation and programming work.

Deep Dive Remote Support Not Included: Available separately for installation guidance, programming, testing and training.

Brisbane Installation Not Included: Physical installation, wiring, connections and final commissioning are completed by your own installer. CustomLink on-site installation is available separately in Brisbane.

Security: 8 indoor detectors, 1 external siren kit, 1 internal screamer and three alarm arming modes.

User Control: 1 touchscreen keypad, 2 remote controls and 1 Ethernet module for mobile app access. The Ness M1 mobile app requires a third-party subscription (approximately $30/year).

Voice Announcements: 3 speakers for movement alerts, warnings and reminders.

Garage Door: Monitoring, reminders and integration for 1 compatible existing motorised garage door.

Automation: Automatic arming options, one-touch Leaving Home and Arriving Home commands, and programmed garage-door operation.

Favourites: 8 standard automation function groups, plus 5 additional programmable Favourites. These allow individual functions to be enabled or disabled, or multiple commands to be performed together — for example, arming the alarm and closing the garage door with one touch.

Lighting Integration: Not included. Integration with existing conventional lighting or Clipsal C-Bus lighting is available separately by quotation.

Outdoor detection and CCTV integration are optional expansions.
