What This Package Includes

Pre-Configuration: Not applicable. CustomLink configures and programs the system as part of the Brisbane installation.

Deep Dive Remote Support: Not required as a separate service. Programming, testing and customer training are included in the installation.

Brisbane Installation Included: CustomLink supplies, installs, programs, tests and commissions the system, including customer training and handover.

On-Site Warranty Included: 2-year parts and labour warranty, subject to warranty terms.

Security: 8 indoor detectors, 4 outdoor detectors, 1 external siren kit, 1 internal screamer and three alarm arming modes.

User Control: 2 touchscreen keypads, 3 remote controls and 1 Ethernet module for mobile app access. The Ness M1 mobile app requires a third-party subscription (approximately $30/year).

Voice Announcements: 6 speakers for detection alerts, warnings and reminders.

Garage Door: Monitoring, reminders and integration for 2 compatible existing motorised garage doors.

Driveway Gate: Monitoring, reminders and integration for 1 compatible existing motorised driveway gate.

Pedestrian Gate: Monitoring, reminders and integration for 1 existing pedestrian gate using the included electric strike for timed unlocking.

Conventional Lighting Integration: 10 control relays included for integration with up to 10 suitable existing conventional lighting circuits or electrical equipment.

Clipsal C-Bus Lighting Integration: Available separately by quotation.

Automation: Sensor Light, scheduled lighting, automatic arming and one-touch Leaving Home and Arriving Home commands.

Favourites: 14 standard automation function groups, plus 10 additional programmable Favourites. These allow individual functions to be enabled or disabled, or multiple commands to be performed together — for example, arming the alarm, closing the garage doors and driveway gate, and switching off connected lights with one touch.

Important — 240V Electrical Work: All 240V electrical wiring and connections to the supplied control relays must be completed by a licensed electrician and are not included in the package price.
