Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $300.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within Australia.

This is due to carrier restrictions and warranty limitations.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared and delivery details are confirmed.

Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 2–7 business days.

Orders requiring pre-configuration, special preparation, or custom work may require additional processing time.

If extended preparation time applies, we will advise you.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact day or time of delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup from CustomLink is not available.

However, if products are needed urgently, we may be able to arrange direct pickup from selected major wholesalers with distribution branches across ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and WA.

Can I track my order?

Yes.

Once your order has been dispatched from our supplier or preparation location, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

If part of your order has arrived but other items are still missing, please check the tracking link sent to your email, including your spam folder.

Orders may arrive in separate deliveries because:

  • Parcels Were Split During Transit
  • Products Were Sent From Different Locations
  • Different Couriers Were Used
  • Pre-Configured Or Custom-Prepared Items Were Dispatched Separately From Standard Stocked Items

If your tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist with a courier investigation.

What should I do when my parcel arrives?

Before opening your items, please:

  • Inspect The Packaging For Any Signs Of Damage
  • Check The Contents Against Your Order
  • Take Clear Photos Of Any Damage, Packaging Condition, And Shipping Labels Before Disposing Of The Packaging

If there is a delivery issue, please use our Shipping Issue Claim form within 48 hours of delivery.

What happens if my order includes pre-configuration?

Orders that include pre-configuration require additional preparation time before dispatch.

This may include bench testing, firmware updates, core setup, app preparation, and initial programming, where applicable.

As a result, dispatch may take longer than a standard stocked order. If extended preparation time applies, we will let you know.
