Dịch Vụ Pre-Configuration

Tại CustomLink, chúng tôi không chỉ cung cấp sản phẩm. Chúng tôi chuẩn bị hệ thống để sản phẩm đến tay khách hàng trong tình trạng đã được cấu hình, kiểm tra và sắp xếp tốt hơn cho quá trình lắp đặt.

Dịch Vụ Pre-Configuration giúp tiết kiệm thời gian, giảm lỗi setup và đảm bảo mỗi hệ thống được chuẩn bị đúng cách trước khi rời workshop của CustomLink.

CustomLink Thực Hiện Những Gì

Tùy theo hệ thống, pre-configuration có thể bao gồm:

Mở hộp, cấu hình và bench-test thiết bị trước khi gửi hàng
Cập nhật firmware khi cần và áp dụng các setting được khuyến nghị
Setup mobile app, khi được hỗ trợ, để xem live view và nhận notification
Thực hiện quality assurance testing để kiểm tra core functionality
Áp dụng cấu hình riêng khi thông tin dự án cụ thể được cung cấp cùng đơn hàng

Khi đơn hàng đến nơi, hệ thống đã được bench-test và chuẩn bị để giúp giảm thời gian programming tại công trình, nhưng vẫn cho phép final setup được hoàn tất tại site.

Chi Tiết Quan Trọng

Standard pre-configuration chỉ bao gồm phần chuẩn bị core functions.

Standard pre-configuration không bao gồm site-specific configuration, final setup hoặc advanced integrations như:

Automation
Networking
Specialised Event Logic

Additional configuration, final setup hoặc integrations có thể được thực hiện từ xa hoặc báo giá riêng.

Pre-configuration chuẩn bị hệ thống trước khi lắp đặt. Final setup điều chỉnh hệ thống theo môi trường thực tế tại công trình.

Hoạt động thực tế của hệ thống phụ thuộc vào điều kiện công trình, môi trường network và việc lắp đặt đúng cách.

Lead Times

Small / Basic Systems: tối đa 3 business days trước khi gửi hàng

Large or Integrated Systems, ví dụ Ness M1 hoặc Inception: 10+ business days, tùy theo độ phức tạp và workload

Returns Policy

Vì hệ thống pre-configured được chuẩn bị riêng cho từng khách hàng, đơn hàng không thể hủy, hoàn tiền hoặc trả lại sau khi setup đã bắt đầu, trừ khi có valid warranty claim hoặc quyền lợi theo Australian Consumer Law được áp dụng.

Việc setup có thể bao gồm mở hộp, cấu hình, lập trình, cập nhật firmware, bench-test, chuẩn bị app, hoặc chuẩn bị hệ thống theo thông tin dự án đã được cung cấp.

Pre-Configuration Service Inclusions

CCTV Systems

Dịch Vụ Pre-Configuration của CustomLink chuẩn bị và kiểm tra hệ thống CCTV của quý khách trước khi gửi hàng, giúp tiết kiệm thời gian và tránh lỗi setup.

Standard Pre-Configuration Includes

Recording Setup

Default: ghi hình theo motion, được khuyến nghị để tiết kiệm storage
Optional: continuous only, hoặc continuous plus motion khi có yêu cầu

Network Setup

Chuẩn bị network addressing cho NVR và cameras
Final setup có thể điều chỉnh addressing sau đó để phù hợp với môi trường network tại công trình

Camera Features

Bật IR cho night vision
Bật white light hoặc deterrent light khi phát hiện người hoặc xe, nếu thiết bị hỗ trợ
Kích hoạt siren hoặc flashing light khi phù hợp
Bật microphone với sự cho phép của quý khách

Security Access

Temporary PIN codes và passwords, cần được thay đổi sau khi lắp đặt

Mobile App Setup

Pre-Configuration Service Inclusions

CCTV Systems

Our Pre-Configuration Service prepares and tests your CCTV system before shipping, helping save time and avoid setup errors.

Standard Pre-Configuration Includes

Recording Setup

  • Default: motion-based recording, recommended to save storage
  • Optional: continuous only, or continuous plus motion on request

Network Setup

  • Preparing network addressing for the NVR and cameras
  • Final setup may later adjust addressing to suit the site network environment

Camera Features

  • Enabling IR for night vision
  • Enabling white light or deterrent light when detecting humans or vehicles, where supported
  • Activating the siren or flashing light where applicable
  • Enabling the microphone with your authorisation

Security Access

  • Temporary PIN codes and passwords, to be changed after installation

Mobile App Setup

  • Live viewing
  • Playback
  • Notifications
  • Notifications should still be enabled locally on your device

Not Included in Standard Pre-Configuration

Advanced or site-specific features such as:
