CustomLink’s Intercom Pre-Configuration service helps prepare your intercom system before shipping, so it is easier to install and set up on site.
This service applies to one compatible intercom system from Dahua and includes:
Up to 2 door stations
Up to 2 compatible room stations
Mobile app setup where supported
Firmware update where required
Configuration of supported trigger outputs, such as electric strike or gate motor control
Testing core functions before dispatch
This service helps reduce on-site setup time and confirms that pre-configured functions are tested before shipping.
