Product description
Have your alarm system professionally pre-configured before shipping, so it is better prepared for installation and setup on site.
This service applies to one supported alarm system and includes configuration of the main control panel to work with up to 12 compatible devices, plus mobile app setup where supported.
Compatible systems include selected Dahua AirShield, Hikvision AX PRO, HiLook Hybrid, and Paradox SP6000+ / MG5050+ alarm systems.
Compatible device types may include:
- Keypads
- Hardwired detectors
- Wireless detectors
- Remote controls or key fobs
- Wireless receivers
- RFID tags, cards and fobs
- Outputs used to trigger devices such as internal sirens, external sirens, motorised doors, gates and lights
Important notes
- Power supplies and backup batteries are not counted as configured devices because they do not require programming.
- This service is for compatible devices connected to a single supported alarm system.
- Minor configuration changes are included.
- More involved changes or adjustments beyond standard preparation may require a Re-Configuration Service or Deep Dive Support session.
- Alarm outputs are not rated for direct 240-volt switching.
- Final setup may still vary depending on the installation, wiring, internet connection, device placement, site conditions and customer requirements.
This service helps reduce setup time on site and better prepare the system for installation and final setup.
